Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Scope of Work
All tile fitting, floor installation, kitchen granite fitting, and epoxy grouting services undertaken by Sabir Tiles Contractor are executed in accordance with agreed site estimates and client specifications.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. We guarantee that all tiles installed by our team are level, bonded with high-grade polymer adhesives without hollow voids, and aligned with precision spacer clips. Epoxy grouting carries a comprehensive water-resistance and stain-prevention warranty.
3. Payment Terms
Project payment milestones are structured transparently based on project progress: mobilization advance, completion of leveling screed/tiling, and final balance upon joint inspection and handover.
